EGP FlexDie – embossing die positioning device

EGP  d.d. is introducing a FlexDie, the newly developed system for positioning, preparation and control of Embossing dies.

This system is patent pending and the main purpose is a simple and quick setting position of the embossing dies.

The main advantages are:

• Independent x,y and z-axis positioning embossing die
• Visual marking elements for easy aligment
• No special tools, beside screwdriver for positioning
• Easy embossing tools replacement, not necessarily same size
